James Leach

Founder & Operating Investor

James brings over a decade of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, and operations consulting, having partnered with organizations of all sizes to drive growth and operational excellence.

He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management, and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering. James is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

In addition to his consulting career, James serves as a visiting business professor at North Park University and is an active nonprofit board member, reflecting his commitment to education, community development, and giving back.
